Role/Responsibilities/ Deliverables:

• S/he is responsible for the smooth functioning of all regional offices of CIF
  
• S/he is responsible for the ensuring that all targets of expansion and monitoring of Childline services are met across all zones
  
• S/he is responsible for the performance of each regional office, ensuring quality control, standardization of service provided to Childline partners by regional offices of CIF
  
• S/he is responsible for identification of training needs among Childline and CIF personnel, as well as the Allied Systems
  
• S/he is a member of the Project Sanctioning Committee
  
• S/he is responsible for mentoring the regional heads and ensuring that they meet their targets
  
• S/he is responsible for ensuring flow of information and smooth communication from CIF to the regional office and vice versa
  
• S/he is responsible for representing the organization at state level and national level forums

Qualification:
Masters Degree in Social Work, 12-15 years experience with Child Rights Issues and experience working with a NGO is a pre-requisite. The candidate must have networking ability in the sector, leadership qualities, ability to carry a team, good communication skills - both verbal and written, must be computer literate.

General:
The position reports to the Executive Director. This is a full time position and may entail travel within Mumbai and out of city. We work 5 days a week and on 2 Saturdays/mth, we work half days upto 3 PM.
