Over the years we have had various campaigns to create both awareness for the need of child protection and to sensitize the issue of marginalized children. This has also helped us to generate recognition for the organization and its work and in turn has helped us reach more children across more cities in India more effectively.

CHILDLINE India Foundation with support from Gupshup ran a SMS campaign. 10 million people in 7 cities namely Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune and Ahmedabad were reached through this campaign held in the month of March 2011.
The Google Adwords campaign started from February under sponsored links in 23 countries. As the search engine optimization (SEO) with Google was renewed, it allowed CHILDLINE to be amongst the top five entries in Google search for any 20 relevant words. This campaign resulted in doubling of the website traffic. The CIF website recorded the highest traffic in November 2010, over 13,000 visitors. Of these over 11000 visitors were first time visitors.
