Every day 1500 social workers, mentored by hundreds of child rights leaders, operating across 200 cities , whirr up 415 support service bases, dock thousands of calls and reach out to 3000 children. (All these are conservative estimates.) In addition, they work with the media and with child protection systems, coordinate with hundreds of resource organizations, counsel families, conduct open houses, undertake repatriations, sensitise allied systems, build consensus with each other and coordinate with CIF on any regular working day!
