Kiran More

Mr Kiran More holds a Master's degree in Social Work from North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon. He's been a part of the Development Sector since 2001 and is currently a CHILDLINE Project Officer at the Committed Communities Development Trust (CCDT).

As a CHILDLINE Project Officer, Kiran has been involved in sensitising various allied systems on Child Protection issues, advocacy initiatives with various government departments and has played a crucial role in many rescue operations of child labourers and child beggars.

Nishit Kumar

Mr Nishit Kumar has 34 years' experience in marketing, sales, advertising, project management, development sector management and, in teaching. In 2002 he entered the development sector taking up issues concerning gender equity, governance, senior citizens, mentally challenged children and marginalized children. In 2005 he joined CHILDLINE India Foundation (CIF) where he is currently, Head - Communication and Strategic Initiatives.

His dedication and vision has been an inspiration and leading force to all of us at CHILDLINE and to the cause of child rights and child protection. His concern and commitment has led to the launch of the Child Sexual Abuse Awareness Project.

Trupti Panchal

Trupti Panchal completed her Masters in Social Work (MSW) specialization in Family and Child Welfare, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai in 1989. She has returned to TISS today as an Assistant Professor and Project Direction of the Resource Centre on Intervention on Violence against Women (RCI-VAW). She has worked as a project coordinator for the Special Cell for Women and Children, TISS and as Social Worker Special Cell for Women and Children, Commissioner of Police Office, Mumbai.

Trupti Panchal is keenly interested in the area of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation.

She represents the Special Cell in the Core group of FACSE - Forum against Child Sexual Exploitation. From this platform she has conducted training Programmes, shared her research findings on Child Sexual Abuse at workshops and worked on individual cases of Child Sexual Abuse. In 2008 she received an award International Women's Day Women from Times of India Foundation for contribution in the field of Women's Rights.

Sneha Shah

Ms. Shah is a Consulting Psychologist with double major in Psychology and Masters in Management. She has been conducting training sessions and workshops for Corporates at all levels of management as well for NGO's and some of the A-grade business schools across the country. She is currently working as a Consultant Soft Skills Trainer and Psychologist at Welingkar Institute of Management.

The scope of her work includes conducting extensive development workshops for over 400 management students every year such as Personality Profiling, Leadership Training, Team Building, Communication Skills, Grooming for GD/PI and other from that gamut.

Shashank Gupta

Shashank is a qualified engineer and a Post Graduate in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing.

His forte lies in conducting Managerial Skills, Communication Skills & Body Language, Business Etiquette & Personality Grooming workshops at various levels of management.

He has conducted several training workshops with reputed companies & educational Institutes.

He is a qualified `Executive Coach for Peak Performance', Malaysia & also an Emotional Intelligence Practitioner
