Mr. Kiran More

Mr Kiran More holds a Master's degree in Social Work from North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon. He's been a part of the Development Sector since 2001 and is currently a CHILDLINE Project Officer at the Committed Communities Development Trust (CCDT).

As a CHILDLINE Project Officer, Kiran has been involved in sensitising various allied systems on Child Protection issues, advocacy initiatives with various government departments and has played a crucial role in many rescue operations of child labourers and child beggars.

Mr. Nishit Kumar

Mr. Nishit Kumar has 34 years' experience in marketing, sales, advertising, project management, development sector management and, in teaching. In 2002 he entered the development sector taking up issues concerning gender equity, governance, senior citizens, mentally challenged children and marginalized children. In 2005 he joined the CHILDLINE India Foundation (CIF) where he is currently, Head - Communication and Strategic Initiatives.

His dedication and vision has been an inspiration and leading force to all of us at CHILDLINE and to the cause of child rights and child protection. His concern and commitment has led to the launch of the Child Sexual Abuse Awareness Project.

Ms. Suchismita Bose

Ms. Bose has a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Delhi. She is also a Certified Hypnotherapist.

Ms. Bose has worked with the Delhi Psychiatric Centre, Masina Hospital and New Horizons Child Development Centre in the past. She is currently working with THE FOUNDATION as its Director. While working with THE FOUNDATION, she has developed Project HEAL:(Help Eradicate Abuse through Learning), a project dedicated towards working against Child Sexual Abuse.

Mrs. Jaya Aiyappa

Ms Jaya Aiyappa completed her MSW from Delhi University. Her counselling career began with her work with the Indian Navy. She worked as a Family Counsellor, covering three Family Clinics run by the Indian Navy at Visakhapatnam.

Since 2008, she has been working with the Women Graduates Union as a counsellor. In her position she handles personal counselling and individual clients as well as conducts Workshops and Seminars for men, women and adolescents on Life Skills and behavioural skills.

Ms. Sneha Shah

Ms. Shah is a Consulting Psychologist with double major in Psychology and Masters in Management. She has been conducting training sessions and workshops for Corporates at all levels of management as well for NGO's and some of the A-grade business schools across the country. She is currently working as a Consultant Soft Skills Trainer and Psychologist at Welingkar Institute of Management.

The scope of her work includes conducting extensive development workshops for over 400 management students every year such as Personality Profiling, Leadership Training, Team Building, Communication Skills, Grooming for GD/PI and other from that gamut.

Mr. Shashank Gupta

Shashank is a qualified engineer and a Post Graduate in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing.

His forte lies in conducting Managerial Skills, Communication Skills & Body Language, Business Etiquette & Personality Grooming workshops at various levels of management. He has conducted several training workshops with reputed companies & educational Institutes.

He is a qualified `Executive Coach for Peak Performance', Malaysia & also an Emotional Intelligence Practitioner.
